AEST) – Carnival Spirit and Carnival Legend passengers will now be able to pre-purchase gifts to be delivered onboard cruises departing from Australia with the local introduction of Carnival Cruise Line’s Fun Shops program. Australians can also pre-order FunHub internet packages prior to their departure, which was previously unavailable online.
Fun Shops lets passengers -- or their friends and family – buy presents or party décor before their cruise departs, allowing them to surprise loved ones celebrating special occasions. The gifts include flowers, balloons and decorations, sparkling wine, cheese platters, fruit hampers, chocolate cake and chocolate-covered strawberries.
CarnivalCruise Line Vice President Australia Jennifer Vandekreeke said: “We all enjoy a surprise every now and then, and there is no better way to start a holiday than arriving at your cabin to find an unexpected bottle of bubbles or a beautiful bouquet.”
Carnival’s Australian passengers can also now pre-order FunHub internet packages prior to their departure. The packages, which include social, value and premium offers are designed to ensure guests can stay connected while at sea.
