Please tell me who at Carnival might have the authority to actually act on a situation of unethical, dishonest communication. If a person of sufficient authority could receive the documenation and hear the story, I feel sure they would compensate my sister for a cruise she didn't take, get compensated for, or transfer, due to Carnival's misinformation when she called. She still had time to buy trip insurance, but they didn't tell he that until the following week, when she talked to another representative, who told her she could have purchased it at the time of the first call, but the date had passed. Long story, but I feel sure Carnival would rectify the situation if she could passed the "representatives" who are trained to deflect and appease with empty words, without solving a problem.
Who do I contact to inform the company of the very poor performace we had on the cruise for the kids. We chose the cruiseline for only one reason. kid we watched and could have fun without their parents. As a teacher i WATCHED THE MOST LAZY, POORLY DESIGNED KIDS PROGRAM EVER. We have been on 5 cruises and I could the borrowing activities. My daughter age 11 showed up each day ready to go. the kids showed on the first day and then all said it was a waste of time. Highlights, now remember we have be on sdeveral trips, for a 11 year old. color a tshirt for 3 hours, watching a break dancer, going for ice cream.
It destroyed our very expensive vacation. Wer came from the west coast. cruise director during her show yells out who's from the west coast, she didn't her our cheers but procedes to tell everyone. good because the ships (named thm ) are scary.
The water slide my kids werev so excited about was closed 3 of the 5 days. Every show was a joke and we never saw the cruise director. I seemed like high school cheerleaders.
What I can in conclusion. service wasa great, food wonderful but the entertain was by far the worst. on a ship with only two short stops.
Please check my cruise record and timjes I sailed with your company. I was not just disappointed but crushed, because I won't be able to save up enough money to go again until my kids are all teenagers. POOR, I would expect someone to contact me
