"Cruise to nowhere" is simply a term used in the cruise industry to describe a cruise vacation itinerary that departs and returns without stopping at any physical ports of call. Typically 1-3 nights in length, on a cruise to nowhere you will actually spend the entire length of the cruise at sea.
