Spa Carnival consists of a complete fitness center featuring state-of-the-art stair steppers, stationary bikes, treadmills, and free weights. Bring your headset for use with the many televisions provided for use while you workout. Sauna, whirlpools and steam room use are included at no extra charge on every Carnival Cruise. A diverse list of fitness classes are available while on board including spinning classes, yoga, step and palates classes. There may be a small charge for some of these classes, but that always keeps the participant levels down to those who are serious about working out. Carnival Cruises is known for the great number of motivational lectures offered on health, nutrition, and body image, offered at no charge by the fitness and spa experts on board. Many times the lecture may include a free mini treatment and/or samples of the luxurious spa products available for purchase.
